Private lessons
in Plano ISD or McKinney ISD generally occur once a week at a regularly scheduled time.  The scheduled time is usually during the band class period, during tutorial time, before school, or after school, on a school campus.  The content of lessons is always about percussion, and the purpose is to make that individual percussionist into the absolute best that he or she can be.
 
Fee per 25-minute lesson on campus:  $17, or $30 for an hour if outside of school hours
 
House Calls are rare, and they are lessons at the house of the student for $25 per thirty minutes, or $40 for one hour.
 
The Billing Statement will come monthly, in the form of an email, usually between the 1st and 5th of the month.  You will be billed after the month; for example: January lessons are billed for in February.  However, students new to my studio should expect to pay in advance for their first four lessons at their first lesson:  $68.  If you need to have your bill delivered in a format other than email, let me know.
 
Payment (via check, cash, or PayPal) for lesson fees are due one week after the bill is sent out every month, and they should be made out to “Amy Reddoch.”  If paying by check, I prefer that to be mailed to me, but it is perfectly acceptable for reliable students to deliver their payments in person. Please mail your checks to: Amy Reddoch, 1041 London Drive, Frisco, TX 75034. If you choose to pay via PayPal with a credit card, please make sure that you pay the fees yourself (2.99% plus $.30 per transaction) when you set up the transaction, and send the money to “amy@amyreddoch.com” or “4698779839”. Cancellation Policy:  If you should know ahead of time that you cannot make it to a scheduled lesson, please text-message (469-877-9839) or e-mail me 24 hours in advance and let me know.  If you do not make it to a lesson without advance notice of cancellation for reasons other than illness or comparable reasons, you are still charged for that lesson.  If you decide to permanently stop lessons, please do so at the end of a complete semester. 
 
Paying in Advance is certainly acceptable.  If you choose to do that, I will keep track and give you a summary statement of lessons paid for at the end of semesters, or at any time you should ask for it.  If you do this, the paid amount ought be in a multiple of $17.
